Tried online return 6 times and I’m being pushed to exchange! Can’t get past the bots to do a refund for actual money!

Your online refund process will not work for me. I also called customer service and got bots again who directed me back to online process! I left a voicemail but only got a email reply saying they are too busy to call and again directed me to online process!

Impossible to resolve any issues

Tried to cancel subscription. Followed instructions to sign in and unsubscribe. Would not allow me to sign in. Tried calling got the same chat assistant. Not consumer friendly.

There was no call! Tried to return some thing they can’t email me anything for some

Very negative. The person on the text tried to help. They failed to give me the order number that I was lacking. Never got the return label she tried, but really you need people answering phones.

Unknown charge

Charge of $4.99 on my credit card. What am I being charged for? To date, Ive only had two orders that were billed and paid in full on my credit card. A month after last purchase is a $4.99 charge to that same card. Why?

They will not call back after second attempt to change my order, but they do have good quality products

I made an order, but put the wrong e-mail , and color. I called customer service twice , but no one has called me back.

User's recommendation: Make sure you double check before putting in your information on purchasing. Very hard to get to customers service.

I still have not heard back from your customer service department. That is inexcusable and want the order canceled and my account credited!
