Need to make exchange - impossible to connect with company.

I need to exchange two camis/tanks because they were not what I expected. Its been impossible to get a hold of anyone, they email or phone. Pissed, frustrated and outraged. Not a nice company to go business with. Exchanges and refunds are NOT easy to do.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered this item that I found on pintrest. I so regret it. I received the items 4 days short of 1 month since placing order. I didn't get strait answer to my questions either. I paid expedited shipping and sure didn't get it. I am frustrated and angry with them. I asked for a refund many times and got no answer. When they finally answered my many emails, text and phone calls they said it was too late item had shipped and I could no longer get a refund. What? That is crazy, if they had answered me before it would have been in time. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I wouldn't do business with them again EVER!

Exchange issues

I have been trying to return & exchange 3 items. I am now on my fifth day of waiting for my free return label to be sent to my email. The future bot finally took my order because when I tried to do an exchange online nothing happened. So far I have received eight emails saying theyre working on it. Now I want to cancel but when I look my order up, says, items are non returnable. Now what?? Have no idea where to return these items. Now Im REALLY pissed!!!

NO THANK YOU! At this point I’ll keep what I have, but just note I will never do business with your company again and I will share with others about my experience.

Your company claims to “be there to help the customer” but your actions have proven otherwise. Just plain terrible Customer Care/Service.

I ordered this on 5/21/22. I never got my order. I called the customer service number only to realize that no one answers and you need to leave a message. Their outgoing message says that they will respond, etc., but I never heard anything. Then to add insult to injury, they send me an email asking for a rating from "Pissed customer". Guess I'm not the only one if they have a whole department named this way.

I'm Edna Anderson and I didn't get my Empetua High Waisted Active Shaping Leggings Black XL

My name is Edna Anderson, on 8-12 I put in an order for some stuff and I was charged $199.42 on my debit card. I got an email on 8-29 stating that 2 of my items ran out of stock. The items were 2 Empetua High-Waisted Active Shaping Leggings Black XL. My order was delivered on 9-3 and so far I havent received a refund for the items that I didnt received.

Received tracking info 12 days ago. It continues to state that "USPS is currently awaiting package" I have sent two emails about this problem and I continue to get the BOT email telling me to check tracking and wait a week. It took 4+ weeks to receive my items. Once I received them I needed to return all but 1 item, refunded for some of it, but not all of what I had returned. Customer service is terrible.
