Verified Reviewer New ReviewerI tried numerous times on Shapermint site to return an item and use their NO Hassle Return system. The site kept on wanting me to use credit to buy something else which I said NO. Do not like or want
continued. their products. Over and over again it never heard me and their CHAT is unforgivably dense and asked over and over again did I want to end chat. No, I want to return item for credit on account. I gave up, hence this complaint

Need help on inseam for leggins
No one answered my call, and your robot system kept saying that they didn't understand That seems like a malfunction in your system. A simple question cannot be answered? I just wanted to know the inseam of your shaper leggins If you can't do that stop sending me emails and text messages.

Need to cancel SM836****
Need to cancel order and the electronic customer system doesnt cancel it instead it offers different solutions for keeping the order. This order SM836**** did not include the discount so I issued another order with the discount. I dont need 4 shapermint pants. Ive just want my refund
