They were so good to me at customer service. They're sending out a new one to me within the next couple of days and are not requiring me to send the wrong size back. They have asked me to donate it. It will go to my charity. They are wonderful to work with

I can’t get through to company . I have not received my order

I have yet to receive my order and when I try to call. I have to write a book. They have my phone number and e-Mail no. . I get several e-mails a day to buy but no way to get in touch .

I ordered today and didn't get the Black Friday discount

I ordered something and used the coupon on Black Friday for 10% also signed up for extra 15% but didnt get these discounts shapermint advertised 80% off on black Friday but charged me regular price. Im not happy :(

Made order said it was a scam

Order dine on Facebook which was a scam tried reaching customer service dept. Each time I called phone line was cut off. Could not reach anyone to talk to. Had to call my credit card company to cancel payment.

First: I was doing an online chat with someone there and she told me to go to the Just Ask page, fill out the form and that there would be a $1 charge. My credit card was declined and I got an immediate text from my bank asking if I had made a purchase from "JA" for $46 and of course I said no. Second, I was doing the online chat because on or around Aug. 24th, I ordered two camis from you, but I do not have a confirmation or shipping info. on this order. I received the camis in a short time. I would like to return them as they are way too small (another issue) and I don't like the fabric they're made of. There was no packing list in the pkg. I received and no order no. on the outside of the pkg. My problem right now is that I don't have an order no. to put on the return form on your website. When I go to my account on your website, there is not an ordering showing from Aug. 24th and my previous purchases ARE on there. . . . As you can see, I have a MESS here. Can you please help me, startig with why there was a $46 purchase on my cc? Thank you.

Can’t contact a human

MMy leggings, tank tops and swim skirt dont fit right. I have the package they arrived in but cant find the account number. The chat line doesnt help me, I dont get a email from them except more advertising. I looked up the phone number and call repeatedly but no one answered. Im very frustrated
