Worst Customer Service Ever!

I received two bras when I ordered four panties and cannot get Shapermint to respond or rectify! They keep sending inappropriate canned answers from their bot system. I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Terrible company!! User's recommendation: Do NOT order from Shapemint!!

I have emailed Shapermint no less than six times in a week with the order number and style numbers of what I ordered vs. what I received.

They only respond with canned comments from their “bot” system. Same thing when I called their three listed customer service numbers.

And now, instead of them contacting me they want me to once again message them. Ridiculous!!

Wrong items received

I spent over $70 on two pair of leggings and I received two camisoles. There's nothing else to say. I want this rectified immediately.

SHAPERMINT RETURNS FOR REFUND ARE THE WORST

Shapermint received my return items via USPS on 9/30/2021 at 10:17 am. I have yet to receive any communication from them, my full refund or a missing item from my order. I went through their 24/7 online support and it is, by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am presently online with their support for over 1 hour and 30+ minutes. I am extremely disappointed.

User's recommendation: If you can't speak to a live person, shop else where!
