Can not get answers from them

If I cant get help I may not buy from them again. I need help with returning items They say they will return items to help you get your right size

Return label

I ordered 2 bras from them and I never received them but I did get 4 items I didn't order 2 pair of some leggings and 2 pair of shaper panties. I phoned them at the number listed for customer service and no answers. So I chatted with them and they sent me a return label to return the wrong items but charged me a return fee for stuff I didn't order. I ever reordered my bras. This is not good customer service if you ask me

Dissatisfied and poor customer service

I never received the original confirmation email from the time the order was placed. Received the order, then it comes in the wrong size and the quality isnt the greatest for the purchase price. Tried to get a phone number over the chat and they wouldnt give it to me. I dont own a home computer or printer so I cant print return labels. This is the exact reason why I hate shopping online!!! Nobody to speak to at all!!

User's recommendation: Be careful, not good quality and customer service sucks.
