My shapewear are too big

Confused as I am, I gave up and had some health issues for a while but now that I'm up to par again I'd like some help in resolving my issue of big Underpants. LOL the thing is, I have no way of contacting them that I know of maybe I'm just not social media enough IDK. I can't seem to find a contact number or way to resolve trading in my too big shaper underwear. My phone number is 307-369-**** and my name is Heidi Thompson. I sent Shapermint all requested info on 8/30, was told they would respond in 24 hours, still waiting. Just sent another message to Shapermint. Their customer service department in my opinion is not very efficient, reliable or honest...again that's my opinion.

Have not received an order I placed on July 11, 2021!!

They have not shipped my order that I placed on July11th and I am still waiting for it! They have finally contacted me and I really don't have anything good to say about this company! I have been in contact with them 12+ times and I am STILL WAITING!!!

User's recommendation: Buyer beware! They still have not sent my order!! I have been waiting for 2 months!!
