I canceled a membership and they billed me anyway!

I am a customer of Shapermint. They offered me a free 30 day membership, with the understanding that I could cancel anytime with no hassle. I canceled the membership 1 day prior to the 30 day membership ending and the still billed me! I have yet to speak with or hear from anyone with the company! I actually like the products, however they are not the only preveyors of shape wear! Ready to drop them from my list of favorites!

User's recommendation: I will not recommend due to poor customer service.

Wrong product delivered

I was sent a product I did not order Called company 8 days ago and still have not received my correct order. I found it difficult to talk to a person. No customer service available. Still waiting.

I called yesterday and today both times after hearing your recording I was disconnected! I want information to exchange what I bought for one size down. This is very frustrating!

Wrong order in size

My problem was resolved by messages with customer service. The phone call hangs up and tells you they don't have time. They are sending my correct order.

Lack of contact with the company

This is my very first purchase & I've been trying to get someone to help me with my return. When I received my order there WAS NOT A RECEIPT NOR WAS THERE A RETURN LABEL. I just wanted to exchange for a larger size but now i just want my money back
