The waistband

Shapermint - The waistband
The waistband of my shapers are sticky and peeling off before I even wore them. You sent me a size up to a 4x but the waistband was different on the two. The high waist hybrid 55020 is a hot mess. The Empetua high waist is more like my boy shorts that I ordered before.

SCAM ALERT!

I ordered 2 leggings and a full body shaper. I received 2 bodysuits in a 3XL. I still havent received my leggings and theyre telling me the shaper is now sold out. I have to monitor the website to see when its back in stock. I paid $80 and dont have anything. Customer service wont help by speeding up the shipping on the leggings, and it takes days for them to email you back. Im pretty sure this is a scam website.

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Received wrong size

I ordered a 3x scoop neck cami, it arrived today in a size small. Your return hurdles are ridiculous. This has happened once before. I guess I will give it to someone much smaller than myself and be done with Shapermint. Very disappointed.

Received someone else's order

I've been calling their customer service number and all I get is a customer representative will be with you shortly . After 3 times if repeating this it goes silent and then thishangs up!
