I left a message at this number the number I found on the internet for customer service and got a pissed consumer email. 678 832 ****. What is this? I can see why it's called "passed consumer"....I wasn't passed when I started but really WAS by the time it took me to settle things....if they DID get settled...I'll know when my refund comes thru

I can see why this is called "pissed consumer"...I wasnt when I started off but really WAS by the time it was finished. My panties did nothing for me. Thought it would flatten my tummy a little but it didn't. There was no packing slip for a receipt so took forever corresponding with a stupid machine that doesn't understand what you write. And no phone number to talk to a human being . Even someone in the Phillipines would have been better. And then you keep $5 off my refund, which hopefully I'll get without more hassle. The "person" I finally ended up with seemed OK so I gave her a thumbs up, but the overall experiences was a "1". I will not order from you again. Hopefully the vad experience I've had will not continue through the refund process.

Got billed for an order that I cancelled and no support from Customer service. Chat agent Told me to try it and keep and then pretended she didn't see my messages and left the chat. Unbelievable!

Urgent I need to cancel my order cause you changed it

I took a great deal of time to organize an order with Shapermint. I carefully applied a code to achieve 20 % off. I ordered more then &75.00 to have shipping waived. At the end of the process it was clear that these reductions were applied. I had an amount of $138.00 USD, I agreed and sent the order. When the order summary came they had arbitrarily decided to eliminate both discounts and they charged me $53.00 USD extra. I wrote to the virtual assistant, ugh an awful process, finally got a live assistant who told me "as fate had it my order had been picked and was already shipped." They suggested I wait and see if I like the product. I already know I like the product, I did not want to give them the right to change the amount applied to my VISA. When they would not honor the price I indicated I would inform VISA to stop payment. Eventually they agreed to the price I had been given. I took screen shots of conversation and it says "to resolve this, I will give you one time courtesy, we will honor the price difference plus the shipping fee. So that way, you will only be paying for this order worth $138.00. You have touched the spot. I'm sure you'll be satisfied with this option. Your refund amount is $53.46 USD. It will be available within 5-10 business days..." So satisfied I was, and I agreed. However when the new invoice was sent, it was again wrong. this time they applied the 20% discount but charged the shipping fee. I wrote them immediately, asking for them to review the correspondence and separately refund the shipping fee. What happened next is unbelievable, they cancelled my whole order...after telling me "as fate would have it, your order has been picked and shipped, they a full day later can cancel my order. This really upset me, I ordered the items because I wanted them. I told them my interest in canceling the order was because I could not support a company that just decides to erase orders as submitted and puts new prices on orders and uses a person's credit card for the new amount they decided on. I see that as theft. Long story short, I write to them and am clear. I want my order processed at the agreed price, they have these standard responses that TOTALLY ignore the issue. I am awaiting the merchandise I have ordered at the price I agreed to pay. I have screenshots of the agreement and expect that they should honor this!!!

User's recommendation: This company gives promotions when ordering on line and then don't honor the advertised promotion. So if it gives you a code and you apply it, it will show the discount, when it comes to the processing of your order this company will arbitrarily take the discount off, add the shipping and bill your credit card. You can't get a human and the online folks make agreements, that you can screen shot and everything and they will ignore that and do their own thing.

Thank you for the warning! Same happened to me with NY & Co on line so I’m very cautious!

I was just starting the process to check out at Shapermint, added the promo code but I noticed that something wasn’t right before I added my credit card! The website stated that shipping was free over $70. My total was $111.98 but the website automatically populated $5.95 for shipping that’s why I started to Google about complaints about this company! I decided not to go through with the order!
