I will never order from Shapermint again..Bra does not fit. tried to exchange for another bra.. NO LUCK. The bra I wanted to exchange it with was not one of the options. BAD customer service.

Want a refund of membership I didn't sign up for.

Not only is the sizing terrible, no where near accurate but I was signed up for a membership that I didnt want and I found out they have been charging my PayPal account for many many months for the membership. The. When you try to contact them all you get is a bot that cant answer your questions and the phone number is nowhere to be found on their website.

Awful, cant speak to anyone and text message keeps asking the same question does not get u any wear . Bad customer service.

Have not been able to get in touch with the company to get a refund to return items three ball bras and two pairs of leggings. I need to return these I need a return address. Ive been trying to get in touch with him for a couple months can I get no answer is no phone call return no email return nothing. they are either on my PayPal account or my Amazon account. Im not sure I cant seem to find the item number.

Excellent customer service!

I thought it was an eroneous charge but its not! I signed up for their club but they promptly canceled once I realized my error! Although it was hard to talk to a live person they were VERY responsive via their chat and texts. They resolved my sizing issue immediately and were extremely helpful . I would definitely recommend again!

User's recommendation: Try shapermint! They do not roll down. They do run small so size accordingly!
