I first ordered for Cammies I didnt like them. I never got a order number or an email on them. I paid through PayPal I contacted online chat they assisted me with exchanging but sent me every turn label but once again it didnt come to my email address and I dont have an order number. She never gave me one help help help I dont want to be charge for all this.

Was sent wrong item

Trying to get someone on the phone it's impossible. Your email says my order was delivered. It was not.# SM173****. This order was supposed to replace another order that was sent with the wrong bra#SM172****. Email to Yahoo order SM173**** States it was delivered yesterday. I checked my front door my back door and my mailbox and my porch. Please rectify this as this is really getting me crazy. My service is not very good since you can't get a live person on the phone.Mary Todero

Charges on my account that I didn't make

I ordered a bra back in March I received it. Im happy with it. Why now am I getting charge for 99 on my credit card when I never approved of that and I didnt buy anything else I bought one bra I would like to speak to someone its very hard to get on the phone with anybody though because its only five options and if you dont if you dont want nothing, theres no option for you to talk to anybody thats bull.

Unable to cancel membership

Trying to cancel this subscription membership. I got the steps from your website to cancel but as soon as I try your website slows down to a standstill, it takes me forever to find a number to call and of course youre too busy to answer. They refuse my full refund. They keep pushing me to do an exchange.

I trusted the Shapermint ads that I was seeing. I ordered 3 bras and shaper shorts. The bras DO NOT support me and they roll up at the bottom! The shorts do not work for me. I've talked to 4-5 different people through Messenger and text. You can not "talk" to anyone on the phone!! They keep offering exchanges, but no refund. I do not want any of their products! I want my full $95 refund! Their underwire bras do not come in my size, nor does their swimwear!!! I want my full $95 refund!!! User's recommendation: GO TO LANE BRYANT!!

Shipping charge

I received a text for free shipping for May 20 only. That was when I put in an order. When I put in the code FREESHIP, it said it had expired. Mind you, it said May 20 only and that was when I ordered. I would like to be reimbursed for the shipping charge.

Still haven't heard from customer service I'm trying to return something I didn't order. The small size for huge and I usually take a medium my order numbers which were two ordered numbers when I only made one order both ordered numbers do not exist when I tried to return the item for a company who sends out so much in advertising it's just a shame that your customer service is so lacking

They did txt me and say they could help but still no response to my response via txt, I am on hold w online chat they said they are getting me a rep ( that was 20 mins ago). I have been at this for 1.5 hours thus far. Still no resolution. FRUSTRATED FIRST TIME CUSTOMER
