Being Charged Monthly for Nothing

I ordered from them 6 months ago and realized they've been charging my credit card $4.99 a month ever since for some "membership" that I didn't sign up for. Can't speak to a human on the weekend. Bot chat said I have to go on my account and cancel membership. I did the "forgot password" and bot says they've sent me a SMS to change password but I never get a message. Piss-poor customer service. I'll never buy anything else from them.

Terrible customer service

I cannot get a live person to help me cancel the club membership that I had no idea I was even enrolled in. I also cannot sign in to my account to cancel it. The automated response keeps saying to sign in. I CANT. The site wont even email me a new password so I can sign in. Ridiculous

User's recommendation: Do not do business with them. Good products terrible customer service.

I have been waiting for a credit for weeks from a bra that I ordered it was horrible. The supervisor weeks ago told me I don’t have to return it and he would give me a credit of 42

Now to find it they took money out of my account for no reason illegally this company is the worst company they wont me talk to someone unless I pay 10 dollars you guys are so unprofessional terrible chat and customer service I want to talk to a human without paying money that is ridiculous I will never buy from Shapermint evet

Exchange, ordered the wrong size

I originally ordered an extra large but they sent me a small. They then sent me the extra large bra but it was too big. So now I am exchanging that one for a large. Hoping for the best. Maybe it all will work out this time. I hope so because I am not going to keep doing this.

I paid for express delivery service my item was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY I need for this weekend. It hasn't even shipped yet. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE just talking computers

Why offer express service. charge for it & make promises they know won't be kept. I want my money back include the extra I paid for express shipping
