Cancelled membership and got charged

I can't get in touch with anyone to cancel my membership. I just found out about a membership. Be forewarned, I waited for 3 weeks and I didn't receive my full order. Now I have to wait forever for them to send my missing items!You WILL BE ENROLLED IN a monthly membership!just

Refund not received

I received am email on the 3rd stating I received my refund for my return that I made. I still have yet to receive that refund. I'm not very happy.do

User's recommendation: Don't do a return. You won't get your money back.

I have an issue with my order

After numerous emails text messages etc I still have not gotten my order. One response said a replacement was being sent the next said it was delivered. Out of 3 items I ordered I got one & now I get the sa.e BS message sending me from one page to another & it is impossible to talk to someone. My advise to anyone don't order from this company

User's recommendation: I recommend no one orders by mail from this company. It obviously doesn't care about customers.

How to get information on returning products. I need to return items that dont fit. I ordered a size smaller but I desperately need to return the bigger sized bras.

User's recommendation: Do not order from the company. Use Amazon to purchase your items. There return is easy and you can speak with someone 24 hours a day.

I couldnt get *** changing size Trying many times I finally asked for a refund I sent my purchase back and have not been refunded.

They have the worst customer service interface, both online chat and by phone, I have ever encountered. Worse even than Xfinity!
