Wanted refund

Tried to cancel order and didn't have any success . Not happy . Also , I had only ordered ONE pair of leggings and was charged for TWO . Please rectify ASAP .

I will tell you when I call in

Wanted to return the items I purchased, there is no support in there bras get anyone on the phone nor can I get a refund label I do not recommend this company Can not even get anyone on the phone

Can’t get a return label

Do not want this product I dont like the way it fits, I have been hung-up on, they never sent a return label I will report this company to the better Business bureau, they are a shady company in my opinion who doesnt want to send me a return label.

User's recommendation: Run these people in my opinion do not want to give me a refund label.

I canceled my subscription...still being charged 2 months!

Well, to begin with, I ordered 3 camis back in August. I never received them! I got an email that stated they were lost in transit and being replaced...I never received them! I DID get a cami shipped to me for free because I realized that I had ordered the wrong size....BUT I never received my original order which was for 2 cami 4x,1 3x(ordered small) so they would be more comfy everyday wear. Soooo,I cancelled my order and my subscription!! I am still being charged $4.99 for 2 months now! I think it's been fixed now. Furthermore, I hate having to communicate through texts! The service reps I have dealt with have been wonderful, however! Sincerely,Robin Angeloni

Return Label

Hello , I ordered 4 bra from your website. When they arrived, they did not fit to me. I wanted to return. Therefore, I followed the instructions in your website to do my return. I came to last step. It supposed to give me a return label. However, it did not. It gave me an automatically error. Therefore, I wrote to your customer service and I asked that could you give me return label and how can I send you back these items. At the end, I just received too many automatic messages from your company. They did not help me and my problem has not ben solved yet. Please just contact with me. Call me.

Monthly charge that I am not aware of

I am very disappointed in this company. I still can't communicate with them. I had to close my bank account to stop the withdrawal of $4.99 each month. This has been going on since May 2021. I last ordered April 2021. Did not authorize any monthly charge for this amount. My bank only allowed me to go back 3 months, October, September, and August 2021. I lost May, June and July. Obviously, I'm not impressed.

SHAPERMINT RETURNS FOR REFUND ARE THE WORST

Shapermint received my return items via USPS on 9/30/2021 at 10:17 am. I have yet to receive any communication from them, my full refund or a missing item from my order. I went through their 24/7 online support and it is, by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am presently online with their support for over 1 hour and 30+ minutes. I am extremely disappointed.

User's recommendation: If you can't speak to a live person, shop else where!
