All I want is a shipping label for return

They make it too hard to return. Ive tried their website and I cant get to the right place. For non-tech people, very inconvenient and difficult.

Poor customer service

They asked me to go to another web site I want to talk with a real person why cant you provide me with a real person I wont buy from shapermint ever again

Shapermint - Delivered but not received
Ive been contacting the messenger, live chat and even on phone. Im not getting any help. My package has been delivered since March 1 but I didnt received it. I already asked my neighbors and theres no response. Its been 4 days.
