Good morning I bought 2 shapermint bra 1for me and 1 for my daughter size 38c for my daughter and 1 44d for me but I don't get the right size I get 2 34 and no return label and I've been trying to reach you but no results so how can I get my bra or the return label so I can get my bra please

Just put in an order for one bra. When I went to the total page, I saw that a two-bra set had been added to my order. I did not order this! Instructions say I have only one hour to make a change but customer service indicates it may be two hours before they get back to me. Seems to be a scam! Ordered a bra a few weeks ago. Just got it. It fits fine so I decided to order another one. DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I'M HAVING PROBLEMS NOW. Sharon L. Welsh

Need to return something that doesn’t work.
Bought a waist trainer, and it doesnt work with an insulin pump. The trainer pulls at infusion site and it disconnects.

Order was placed 4/10. It either never shipped or was lost. All tracking numbers were invalid and I was unable to track. I have reached out 4 times via automated message system and was told it was being resolved by being reshipped and I would receive the tracking & new order information within 48 hours and it's been a week. I am pissed off and want my money refunded and maybe the opportunity to speak to someone over the phone! I am considering filing a complaint with the better business bureau

I never received my package and I keep checking dbl and it says still waiting on shipment or waiting to be delivered I tried to contact them but didnt get a response so I was waiting for yall to send out a replacement because thats what I was told through email and just hearing back from yall Im just waiting for my package
