Over charged me and set them back without opening them and have several complaints in and still no refund. I have been dealing with problem for quit awhile now and you have NEVER Responded to me or my PayPale account

I call ed because I mistakenly ordered the same order twice. I called to request that you disregard the order for $93.85 and return the money to my account. You vm says you would be contacting me the same day, which didnt happen. Now I will have to return the package, which could have been avoided had someone called me back.

Return process impossible

I tried to cancel my order literally minutes after it was placed. I was told that it was already processed, which is clearly ridiculous. I received the order and want to return it but it is basically impossible

Charge on my card that I didn't make. This shows order was made on 5/20 for $4.99. this is my second attempt to get information, so far nothing has been done.

Need an answer! It is ridiculous that I have to spend my time rewriting the SAME INFORMATION and that I MUST write 100 symbol. Where are the order numbers you need (and now have pictures of)??
