Feels Like A Scam
- - Order included 4 items, not 3; couldn't be corrected.
- - Return flow used a portal; not a simple return label.
- - Support was unhelpful and charged a fee.
I purchased 3 items. When the order was completed, there was 4 with no way of correcting the error.
It was automatically added. I have tried to return the order because of size and extra item. It sends me to a return portal that only shows the items and wants you to get a different size. Not what I asked for.
I wanted a return label. Chat and messages don't help. They send you around in circles, then ask for a fee to help you.
Never again will I order anything else or advise others to purchase from them as well. God will not allow these people to stay in business like this.

I have tried several hours today to get my issue resolved. I am being charged for 2 items from Shapermint that I did not order, do not even know what these items are.
I had initially order a shaper thru Amazon which I recieved promptly, no problem there.
However, our bank statement list 2 items from Shapermint on 6/13. Please cancel those items or refund me $94.37.

This company keeps taking money off my credit card. I have not ordered anything, and of course, you cannot talk to anyone.
Watch your credit card charges; they keep taking off my mother's credit card. Be careful.
I will not order anything again for myself or my mother. If we do not get all this money back, we will be contacting the police.

I tried to cancel the order and it didn't get canceled they still sent it and it was over a hundred so yeah im not happy with them they need a customer service numer to call not a chat or an email

4.99 charge every month. I want to cancel
Cancel 4.99 every month. It is ridiculous and undermines the integrity of the company. It was a mistake to fall for the club membership.

Poor customer service
Keep bugging them, sending emails as often as possible. Maybe someone will respond.
I have total of three orders , one hasnt even arrived. Not sure how it got placed
The two order orders, I did place I would like to exchange for another item but the only option available is return or get same item in different size.
I want a totally different item.
But cant do it in their system. The other order not yet received, not sure how it was placed but I had to lock my credit card just in case.

Unauthorized order placed by Shapermint Bot
- - Unauthorized items were added to my order; a bot placed a last-August order I did not authorize and can't cancel; customer service is hard to reach.
Shapermint added unauthorized items to my order. Then would not let me remove them.
While trying to rectify the situation, their Bot placed an order (from last August) that was on their record. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE ORDER !
THEY WOULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER! Calling their customer service number still gets you nowhere as it's impossible to talk to a human being.

I was ordering a bodysuit and my phone kept saying, 'You are already a customer; order again.' I did, and I did again. Now I have three orders, and I just need one. Please help me!!!

Verified ReviewerLooking for an ordered product that Shapermint is claimed was delivered but it was not delivered
- - Order placed May 9/26.
- - Shapermint says it was delivered May 12/26, but it wasn’t; Track My Order shows an error.
- - There is no live customer service.
I placed an order on May 9/26. I received a message from Shapermint stating that my order was delivered on May 12/26, but it was not delivered.
The order # is #SM1416****.
I have tried to use the Track My Order and have received only an error message when I enter in my email and the order #. There seems to be no way to connect with a live customer service representative and I can assure you that I will not be placing another order with Shapermint without receiving information on this missing order.

Shapermint Worst Company
- - I received the wrong items and tried to contact Shapermint.
- - They ignore my messages and I can't get a refund; I think they are a scam.
After trying to communicate via email & chats with Shapermint about the incorrect items they sent me they continue to ignore what I am trying to tell them about the wrong items. The company has the worst customer service ever.
It is impossible to talk to anyone & even chat with a live agent.
I am very frustrated that I cannot get a refund for the wrong items they sent me. I believe they are a scam company.

My problems got resolved as I contacted GMA where I got two orders and told them that shapermint was not responding. I told GMA that they shouldn’t be promoting any more of shapermint as I believed as such many more that it was a fraud company but I got the gold treatment and they took care of my complaints. All done.
