Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I received my product five days after ordering it. Since I didn't like it, and it did not fit, I tried to return it.
I followed all the instructions on the website to no avail. I was either told that it was too late to return it, or they could not find the order number. My order number is SM765**** TR. I am extremely frustrated at this point because I've tried this several times over the last two days.
I would appreciate someone getting back to me, and I don't mean a robot.
I would like to speak to a live representative. My phone number is 917-837-****.

I reached out and was told I had a subscription that I did not agree to. When I contacted your company, all that was said was I will cancel the subscription.
No refund or accommodations for the inconvenience. I have tried multiple ways to contact you to resolve the issue via phone or email, and you stop replying as soon as money is mentioned. Also, when I have ordered, you advertise for free underwear or different items I also never received when ordering 200 plus dollars every order.
After this, I will no longer use this company. I'm livid!

Once I reached cs very responsive and helpful.Reaching them not easy.
Trying unsuccessfully to reach 24/7 customer service to return a product which does not fit. Tried chat entering information four (4) times.
Promised free returns, next screen only offers a way to spend more $$. Customer service does not respond.
Very unhappy customer. Can anyone help?

I only recieved 2 items out of 5 to be true & correct size and color. I ordered a white cami.
I did not even recieve the cami. I wear an XL in bras. I recieved 1 XL & 2 Smalls. I was to receive 1 free pair of shaper shorts.
I recieved 2. I can not login to my account. The chat they offer as free 24/7 chat is only a bot. I try calling couple different phone numbers and again, just a bot for customer service.
The bra is comfy. Shame I didn't receive the other one I ordered, in white. I did not get anything in white in my mailbox. I signed up for the try before you buy.
I really want to cancel that. But again, they dont even let me back into my account.

I finally got to chat via their website with someone. They sent me a replacement order.
However, my original order was 2 items, I received 1 item. I also ordered up on sizing using their size chart, the bra was so small there was a 2 inch gap to fasten it.
I'm done wasting my time and being frustrated with this company. You got my money and I have no product.
Shapermint does not have any customer service reps. I have not received my order and it's been 6 weeks.
I'm stuck with a chat bot or using messenger with a general response to my questions. Their answer was that they would look into the problem, now I don't even get a response.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I'm out $75 with zero recourse.

BI have been billed for a $4.99 membership that I never agreed to join since Dec 2024. I previously called to cancel / delete the membership once I found out I was being billed.
It continues to bill my credit card! even after I was told they would remove/ refund those charges!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Called my credit card company and they crawled the money back and blocked them from getting any more.
I had a subscription that I never wanted or signed up for. It must have been in small print.
I was unable to speak to a live person. I was directed to another subscription site in order to speak to someone. That was very annoying; I refused to do it.
I had to search to find out how to cancel, which wasn't necessarily straightforward either. I won't do business with them again.

I made a purchase through Shapermint and did not realize that I was joining a club. When I tried to cancel it by calling, I got an aggravating beep that would not stop, and they would not answer the phone call. Ultimately, it hung up on me, and I was not able to lodge a complaint.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I attempted to use the portal for returns because the shipment did not come with a return shipping label. The process was time-consuming as I had to input each item individually.
I still have not received a response with the return label, even though it has been over two weeks. I tried calling, but I couldn't get a human for help.
Email and chat support keep referring me back to the portal again. :(

I did not sign up for a membership when I ordered something. I have already called them to complain and stop the 4.99 membership billing.
They said they would cancel it.
It's on my credit card again. Now my only option is to call my credit card to get this stopped.

Shapermint says it's 'easy' to cancel my membership online. I've been trying to get this done for 3 days now, and they continue to take money out of my bank account.
There's no human to talk to. What a lousy experience and lousy customer service.
