I purchased some items through Good morning Americas Deals and Steals only because theyre said items could be returned. The items were to small, its been more than 4 months, Ive gotten the cyber run around and still no resolution!Wtf

I need to cancel my membership and I cannot get in touch with anyone in their customer service department. Somehow they switched it over to fab fit fun and how that happened. I have no idea. I am no.

I need to cancel my membership. I was told I could cancel at any time and I have not been able to do that and I am still being charged every month. I do not have an extra $4.99. I'm not working right now. It states that you can cancel at any time the trick is trying to get to the right place to cancel a membership.

I'm sure the items work from some people but did not meet my need. The shipping took way too long. Somehow, I signed up for a 'membership'. I have spent many hours trying to cancel that $4.99per month. I am run around and around in circles by computer responses and live persons that refer me back online for parts of the site that are inaccessible. Highly unsatisfactory experience. I still can't stop the monthly deductions after nearly two month.

I have not contacted them since when they directed me to you. They know what I want them to do,to refund the membership fee that they took out after I had told them I was not going to be ordering anything more from them because of their not fulfilling their word to refund any monies that they took after telling them that I would no longer purchase anything from them and to cease any contact with me.

I asked to return some items that did not work,but I never received that info. I cancelle you out of my email and block your texts, this was during the trial period. I recently saw I'd been charged membership fees for nearly a year. I want them back! Plus cancel it . Your Bot needs some help and so does Rosie

The quality was not good at all. I had to return 2 bras out of 3. The bras did not lift the breasts like advertise. The other bra I should have return also because after 1 use my mom washed it and now it's even worse. I did receive my refund. So thanks but I won't be ordering anything else.

I bought two pair of your stockings were at a 5X they are too uncomfortable to wear called to get a refund or an exchange and all I get is voicemail I am so disappointed in the service I received I want to get receive my money back or exchange for the stockings I was supposed to order but that they ordered for me to text messages that is a bad way to for communication.

I ordered these stockings thinking that they would fit because I can't find none in my local stores like Walmart or Kmart. So I ordered two pair of stockings that do not fit I wore one I try one on but it was a terrible fit wasn't stretchy enough was not comfortable.

Need return instructions Your website is extremely difficult to maneuver to be able to send back items. I dont understand the subscribed customer account information. Im not even sure if I am a subscribed customer. Very confusing. I had something shipped to me twice that I did not order.

Im not happy with this company!! I ordered on 9/19/23 and when I checked my bank the order had been processed.

Then I got an email the next day stating they had trouble processing my order and that I needed to redo it. Then i got an email on 9/22/23 that my order was being shipped and another email on 9/24/23 that it was delivered and I have nothing. Yet again this morning 9/25/23 another email stating they still cant process the order.

So im so confused and I sent them an email about this and was told they would get in touch with me within 24-48 hours!! I wish I had read all these comments prior to ordering from this awful company!!!!

I purchased 3 scoop camisoles. One order was by mistake. I called and that cami was replaced by the shaper "bike" short. I was told I would be receiving the smaller size (XL) by mail and I DID NOT need to return the camisoles. I did get the shorts but not any replacement for the 2XL camis. Now I am being charged $4.99 a month something. Please tell me why I I am being charged and why I never received my replacement order. I am instructing my bank to deny any further withdrawals from my account. Please address this matter promptly.
