To whom it may concern:

I made a purchase on your site on 10/15. Ever since then, I have been charged 4.99 every month (11/16, 12/16, 1/16).

I have contacted customer service multiple times and nothing has been resolved.

I would like to request a refund of the money that has been taken out of my account without my permission and for these charges to be stopped. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Customer service is VERY poor. I placed an order 9/1/22 and added priority shipping 2-3 day.

It cost $9.95. All I want is that money back. The on-line help is horrible, twice they tried to send me to live person...no one picked. My items still have not arrived and it's 9/10/22.

Per the tracking it's been in my town since 9/2.... still not here.

Not satisfied with the customer service. Hopefully, the items I purchased are awesome....

Exact Same Experience. I understand the "Global Issues" proviso they pepper everywhere - if I order something that is purportedly in stock and I pay for expedited shipping with a window of 2-3 days, they can't lean on Global Supply Chain issues as their reason for not fulfilling an order.

And the fact that you can't get anyone on the phone is oh so telling to their culture and attitude toward their customers. And trying to route communication through FaceBook Messenger makes me ill as well. I would not have ordered through this place if I'd known in advance how evasive they are.

Fat chance of getting my expediting fee refunded, I realize. Now I just want the $125 worth of product (through Amazon pay, which has already charged me).

Beware: Scamming Company!!!! I really wished I read the reviews before placing an order, because I would not have.

It seems as if this company is fake because there’s no real contact information, just chats that goes no where. They take your money and you don’t get the products. Total scammers.

This lesson has changed me. I will only order through Amazon!

Guess this is still happening, being charged a membership fee of $4.99 without the customer's consent. Not cool Shapermint.

I did love the bras I ordered. And believe you need to improve on your customer service. I DM you via Messenger, to cancel my membership and refund my $4.99.

So hoping I get a response in a timely manner. LAD
