In the email I got confirming this order it said I ordered special

I DID NOT. That didn't even show up on my screen.

It was at a very low rate on this one, but I can't see it now that the order got messed up. The virtual assistant was no help at ALL.
The offer came through twice with a lower cost each time. And I chose it at the low second offer price.
Is there anyway to fix this?
I'm not sure how the shorts showed up on my order.
User's recommendation: Watch the confirmation email you receive. Especially the special offers they show when you're checking out. I accepted and they changed the item. My order was incorrect.
Preferred solution: Correct my order! I detailed what was wrong in my email..
Shapermint Pros: Great products.
Shapermint Cons: Virtual assistant is terrible, Special offer did not work correctly.

Shapermint has gone above and beyond in fixing the problem! They offered a refund AND said I could keep the incorrect product!
This was my second order with Shapermint and I will continue to be a customer. Despite the glitches on their website, the products I've purchased in the past have been wonderful. I just wish there was a simple way to contact them by leaving a message on their website or providing a customer service email.
I'd like to see them work on that. Their virtual assistant was useless in my case.
