Reading the other reviews there seems to be a pattern of misdirecting orders to the wrong address so items are NOT delivered to the customer who paid for them.
When checking the USPS tracking number that Shapermint emailed me, I got a very odd message from USPS that items were not delivered to my address but were instead FORWARDED to a different address due to instructions from the seller and/or problems with the address.
I've requested a refund and am waiting to hear back from the company.
Monetary Loss: $89.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
