How do I exchange something?I.

I have been trying for 8 days to speak with someone on how to exchange something from outside the US. All I get is robotic texts and chat lines.

Worst customer service EVER. This company is a fraud.

I can buy shapewear anywear. All I want to do is exchange something and I can't communicate with anyone.

I'm having the same problem. I just found the phone number that another pissed customer posted. Returns are supposed be hassle free! Stupid bott can't find the order number and there's always a forever wait. If I don't get it returned and refunded I'll lodge a dispute with my bank!

I agree with you I was overcharged for my shapewear and had a discount and can't get in touch with noone I am suppose to be recieving priority mail and nothing has been processed yet! Ladies don't buy from these people!!!!

According to the Shapermint Returns & Exchange Policy, for international returns, please send an email with details at contact@shapermint.com. The company accepts returns within 30 days after you ordered.

  • go to your Shapermint Account. (Note: If you haven’t registered yet, simply click the same link to create an account now.);
  • go to the order you want to track;
  • click Tracking Number below the item (some items may have been shipped separately). You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

According to the Shapermint help section, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days from your date of purchase for a full refund.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
  • go to shapermint.com/Exchanges-Returns;
  • enter your Shapermint order number and Zip Code;
  • once your request is submitted, you should receive a prepaid return label and shipping instructions via email.

I did not receive my Shapeware item in the package you mailed me.

I did not receive my Shapeware item in the package you mailed me. I ordered a Shapeware item and when the package was delivered just the green little bag to store the shaper item was in there… No actual item.
