I closed my account last week, and today two payments of 4.99 were withdrawn from my account. I wonder if the Better Business Bureau knows that this criminal activity is happening with so many consumers.
Then they refuse to talk to you over the phone because they know that they are criminals. Stealing from people!

Nice! You've asked me to provide the information to help me, but didn't give me a phone number or email address to do so.
I went to the same place I have been emailing and calling and nothing! Now, I have been debited a second charge of $4.99 to my account and I have no idea why. In order to stop you from continuing to charge my account, I have to cancel my card and get a new one! What a scam and rip off!
I thought this was a reputable company, but you are not! I am going to comment on every social media platform where you advertise until someone calls me, or until you debit my card for every single charge you have taken from my account! I have never received my order!
Here is my order number and order date. If you have an ounce of integrity or ethics in your company, you will refund me everything!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Apparently they changed the style entirely but failed to update their website with a different product number.
A supervisor contacted me through Facebook and located the two bras in the old style, in my size.
I explained they should name the bra differently since the upgraded version has thinner, adjustable straps opposed to thick non adjustable straps. The non adjustable was more durable for larger breasts than the adjustable version
I couldn't reach anyone and decided to place a new order two weeks ago and got the same incorrect style number for two bras in different colors. Chat assured me that I would get style 10022 /RN 156403 and made a note on the order, but I still received style 10024! This bra has thin, adjustable straps that don't support me like 10022. So once again, chat says they manually entered the order with the correct style number, but they're unable to provide me with proof for some reason.
I can't reach anyone by phone and this automated system runs you in circles.
The one bra I received correctly is my favorite bra. I wish they'd improve their customer service and have a live person on the other end of the phone.

I did not receive my order and its very difficult to get in touch with anyone Shapermint. it says it was delivered, but no one has it that lives around me or I reached out to my neighborhood and no one has received it. Id either like a credit or a new order shipped out.

This company is impossible to contact for a live Custer service person. They do not respond to leaving a voicemail, or email.
Cant even reset my password.
They are the worst. I dont recommend that you purchase any items from them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Keep the items, receive a discount for a future purchase.
I took off the tags and wore one of the two bras I ordered. Their shape was not flattering on me and the outside layer of the bra rolled up and wrinkled.
The returns process says the bra must be in original condition with tags on. Impossible if you have tried wearing it!

I placed an order and their checkout is deceptive - they dont even give you a final review before completing the order! So I contacted them the ONLY way available, thru chat!
First, it said my email wasnt valid - really? Its clearly listed on my order! Then when I supposedly got a human, they refused to change my order! Just kept trying to sell me more with more discounts.
I had to repeatedly request a cancellation, and they said it would take 5-10 days for the refund!
I REALLY wanted to order from them as I have in the past but their shoddy practices make it impossible. I guess they really dont want the business

I paid for expedited shipping (nearly $10) to have my order delivered to me in 4 business days. Otherwise, standard shipping, to receive it later, would have been free.
I just checked my order tracking info and it is estimating I won't get my order until December 7, which is almost 2.5 weeks after I placed the order.
I have tried every possible method of contacting them to get my shipping costs refunded but I can't reach a live person anywhere. I do not recommend ordering from this company and I especially do not recommend paying for expedited shipping.

You order, they debit your account, you dont get your order, you can only text customer service to find out why you havent gotten your order, they dont respond, they charge you a monthly fee for who knows what and you have to cancel your debit card in order to stop the monthly charges! This is what happened to me!
