No contact from Shapermint. I received a text response ONCE - a WEEK ago now - that said "we're sorry -blah, blah, blah-, someone will reach out to you within the next 24 hrs." it did not say whether via text message, email, or phone, but 24 hours came and went, and there was no response from Shapermint.
Part of what is most frustrating is that customers are basically sent on a wild goose chase going from the AI chat bought on the website, to the section where it says "contact us" and gives a phone number, but the phone number just has a recording that says we're sorry we don't have any staff that can help you go back to the website for 24/7 chat assistance....and it's JUST THE AI AGAIN!!
When click on the link that says "chat with a live representative" that does not work either! It's like they make it as difficult as possible to speak with a HOOMAN.
How is it that I can spend nearly $300 (three hundred dollars) with a company and can't reach even one representative to confirm something or even to ask a question that isn't answerable through the chat at all?!? And why, why do they have a 'customer service' phone number if the damned thing is only a recording telling you to go back to the website and AI assistant?!? There has got to be a live freaking human somewhere to speak to!
I am seriously, seriously going to be filing a fraud and charge dispute with my credit card company, or with Visa, because to leave me unable to have my concerns addressed so that I am able to have my return processed properly means I'm basically unable to return or exchange my items. This is scam-business-like behavior.

OK, I never ordered these bras right here. I have already got some earlier from you all couple of months ago.
I did not come back and order anymore. I am a widow. I just lost my husband March 7 so I definitely havent ordered anything cause my money is short.
I love the bras but I cannot afford them so I need to send them back. Thank you.

I've been wearing underwires my entire life. I finally decided to order a Shapermint bra due to raving reviews that their bras hold the girls in place.
I ordered according to their size guide and found the band to be a bit loose and not holding me in well. I emailed and was told to donate that bra to a women's shelter and they would mail me the size down. It appeared that my size was a between size on their chart. The smaller size band did fit well, but the cups were too small.
Again they had me donate and refunded me. They said to keep checking back because they are making changes all the time and may one day carry the size I need. I was upset about not getting a bra that fit but also happy that they had me donate the bras to women who may need one. The interaction and replies were quick and very friendly.
The bras themselves were of quality materials and the color options were nice. The price was good and I will surely be checking in occasionally.

Horrible, 100% do not recommend
I cancelled my subscription in March and am still being charged. I have been on the website, chatted with AI and an actual person and my issue is still not resolved.
I called the customer service number several times and cannot speak to an actual person.
This is very poor customer service. Not to mention the fact that you havent honored my cancelled subscription, charged my bank account but havent sent any product

I never got through to customer service. I email or texted and I guess they are sending another bralet.
The only reason im assuming this is because I was sent an email saying that a package was on the way. I surely hope it’s not another small one.
My first order according to your stats was a small Bralet. I could barely get it over my head.
I was to to give it to someone that needed it and they would send a medium.
I got the second pkg, it was also a small. It still doesnt fit.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Partial refund and product replacement
I went to the same place I have been emailing and calling and nothing! Now, I have been debited a second charge of $4.99 to my account and I have no idea why. In order to stop you from continuing to charge my account, I have to cancel my card and get a new one! What a scam and rip off!
I thought this was a reputable company, but you are not! I am going to comment on every social media platform where you advertise until someone calls me, or until you debit my card for every single charge you have taken from my account! I have never received my order!

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and, according to tracking info, it hasn't even shipped. It should have been received in 4-8 days.
I reached out to customer service for a status update and was sent an autoreply telling me how to track my order. I replied back as per instructions and received another autoreply, then another. I am firmly convinced at this point that they don't even have a customer service department.
I just want a refund now - I feel like I've been ripped off, but from what I've read here it sounds like that's going to be nearly impossible too. I wish I had found this site and read the reviews before placing my order.

You advertise a free item, and then get charged for the item. I made a purchase and still was charged for the items.
Trying to resolve the issue online is a joke. Impossible to do. When trying to return them, they don't want to pay me the money I paid them. I can't get an address to send them back either.
I have never had such a problem with a company before. I will never deal with this company again.
I only want to know where to return the items and get the full amount back that I paid. This seems to be impossible to do with Shapermint.
