I can’t get through to company . I have not received my order

I have yet to receive my order and when I try to call. I have to write a book. They have my phone number and e-Mail no. . I get several e-mails a day to buy but no way to get in touch .

Wrong order

I ordered two camis for$34.99 as per your ad and I received the package today with two bras instead the camis. One in nude and one black. I ordered the two camis in large and in nude color. Money being deducted from my account

I have tried several times to request info as to why this company keeps deducting $ 4.99 from my account? This has been going on for at least 6 months or more. I request all my money to be refunded and stop taking g from my account.

They don’t want to let me return my bras they except me to get disgusted and just give them to goodwill, not a good business

I want to know how to send back my bras. I dont know a SM #. I have the package on my lap. They hang up on me. The return website doesnt work . You just dont want to give me a refund, bad business. I have had shingles soince October the 24th and I am really not able to handle this. Please help me

I don't want to cancel the whole order I just want to cancel one item in the order

No product received, want refund.

I cancelled my order because I was able to receive needed product from another company faster. Shapermint told me that I couldnt cancel because it was in the process of shipping, but that I could return it when I received it. NOW, its delayed in shipping and so I cant return it for my $75+ refund and no idea when I should expect it. The automated assistant is crap when you have a problem like this. And I had to find their customers service phone number only to find they are closed on the weekend and already closed on Friday, eastern time. I hate dealing with this stuff. It just shouldnt be so difficult.
