I ORDERED 4 ITEMS FOR A VERY GOOD DISCOUNT, WHEN I CHECKED ORDERED MY ORDER WAS REDUCED TO ONE(1 ITEMS)

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ORDER ? I went to check out with four items 1. Cami 1. High Waist Shaper and 2 bras as I CHECKED OUT SHAPERMINT REMOVED MY OTHER 3 ITEMS. Then the chat person said "I'm NEW I don't understand" I GOT THIS SAME RESPONSE BEFORE.* I HAD 4 ITEMS FOR $ 64.?? Order #SM886***** I Would Like This Order Minus $23.76 and Free Shipping THAT I Already Paid For . PLEASE

Don’t listen

I cancelled the subscription I never wanted in the first place and was told Id get a refund and that never happened and Im still getting billed 5$ I dont have every month. I want my money back please or else Ill never think to buy anything from here again. Thanks.

Problem with the order

I have yet to receive my order, but I will be returning it when I do. I am not at all pleased with being charged for items that I did not place on my order!!

User's recommendation: Make sure you change your order within an hour of your purchase or you will be charged, even for mistakes on the order!!

I have not received my order

After about a month of waiting, and virtually NO updates,I FINALLY received my package. I've yet to have a chance to try it on.

It took a long time and a lot of messages sent, but they finally caught on. They began sending personal responses, instead of bot messages and eventually resolved the problem.

First their tracking number didn't work. After multiple unsuccesful attempts contacting them to get a working tracking number, they finally sent one. I wanted to track it because the package never came. It was lost in the mail. I asked them to either refund the cost or send me a new package. It took multiple messaging again to get them to follow up on the lost package and then I finally got the package delivered. They did refund the shipping cost.

Have only received part of my order. Need to know status. Told that it was shipping out my Whistl. When I enquired about my order they couldn't find anything. Now they have shipped thru Yun Express..Still don't know where my orders are or when they will be delivered.don't order

Not happy

I purchased two 3 pack bras which is a total of 6 and I only received 5. I reached out and they said they would send a replacement and I should receive a email with confirmation with 24 to 72 hrs and I never reuse I called back like 6 days later and was told that the request was made and as of yesterday still no email or product. Not happy feel like I was cheated

I was unhappy with no person to speak with.

I could not reach the company as there are so many companies that only put contact info that is another email that goes nowhere. I finally reached someone. Its a miracle these days to actually be able to call and speak with a person. That is my biggest gripe. I received my purchases rather quickly after that. One point Id like to make is Shapermint should consider having a cotton alternative in some garments. Crotches sweat and these do nothing to absorb. After ordering all these items I realized I cannot continue to buy from them bc I must wear 100% cotton in all my clothing. Ha being some content however small would be better than not at all. I love these high waists. Im about to have Bariatric surgery so I purchased a few different items Ill be able to wear and give me tummy support and that works around beck as well. The tightness really gives the lower back extra support as well Id no one ever noticed. Great products just needs some absorbent cotton in some.

Item not delivered

I ordered 4 items but only had 2 delivered. I thought maybe they shipped separately, but I only had 1 tracking number. So I tried the bot customer service, no answer. I tried calling & was dropped. I really just want to talk to a human, but it's turning out to be waaay more difficult than it should be. Especially from a company that offers easy returns & exchanges. It sucks because I really like the products I did get- I just want the rest of my order.
