Disconnected

Tried calling my call was continuously dis connected. I want to cancel my membership, its no longer needed sue to my weight loss.

Reading the other reviews there seems to be a pattern of misdirecting orders to the wrong address so items are NOT delivered to the customer who paid...

I heard back from Shapermint via email. They confirmed that the address they had was correct and sent the correct order to the correct address.

I must admit that I was surprised that within 3 days I received the order (on Nov 24).

The items were as described and we are satisfied with them. Thank you

Need to cancel SM836****

Need to cancel order and the electronic customer system doesnt cancel it instead it offers different solutions for keeping the order. This order SM836**** did not include the discount so I issued another order with the discount. I dont need 4 shapermint pants. Ive just want my refund

Poorly fitted bralettes i Received6 times

First I tried a small because that is what my size is. I am a 34B. They were so small that I could not get into them. Next I tried a medium. Still too small but they did fit my daughter who is a 32 a. Next I tried the large. Still too tight for me and the straps are too short. I have absolutely no problem with the regular bras. I started a whole new order and ordered an extra large. Im hoping that fits. I just dont get the sizing of these for These bralettes. Can you explain?

Explanation. I want to understand why this happens.

I STILL haven't received my one piece bathing suit that I ordered and paid for in June. It is now October and too cold to even swim! The have told me 3 times that it was out of stock yet you can go on their website right now and order it. If it's out of stock why are they still selling it?

Have not received part of my order

I am trying to contact someone to find out why I only received part of my order - its been over two months since placing it I inquired online about a month ago and the automated response stated due to extreme volume of orders received there may be some delays I tried calling customer service number and get disconnected I really like the bras so I am hoping I can still receive the missing product but if not I would like partial refund

Unauthorized Payments

I have requested to discontinue and remove me from the Shapermint Club Membership, several months ago. I have notice that the charges are being taken out of my account again. I want these charges to STOP and refund back into my account asap.

Order summery didn't indicate free boy shorts with order

The ad promotion indicated a free pair of boys shorts with any order. When I ordered my leggings the summary did not have my free boy shorts on there. So I was interested to see if I would get my free boy shorts with this promotion. Since this was the advertisement and if I don't get them I will be in touch again.

I had a duplicate order and it was a nightmare to try to get the second order taken off of my account and refunded. Your customer service sucks unfortunately you have a really really good bras but your customer service is probably one of the worst Ive seen ever. You dial the number no one answers after it rings and then they text you, asking you to use the virtual chat, the virtual chat sucks took me nine times to get her to understand I had a duplicate order and needed one of them deleted

User's recommendation: Be really careful ordering because once you get the order or once you order if you make a mistake and there’s a duplicate a towel to try to get it reversed.

It took a couple of days and several attempts before I was able to talk to someone. It was very frustrating!
