They will not call back after second attempt to change my order, but they do have good quality products

I made an order, but put the wrong e-mail , and color. I called customer service twice , but no one has called me back.

User's recommendation: Make sure you double check before putting in your information on purchasing. Very hard to get to customers service.

Very frustrating. I cannot find my order number and I have no one to help me with this. No customer service availability by phone.

User's recommendation: I would not recommend because of the unavailability of customer service staff to help with returns. There should be a phone number that allows you to talk to a live person. Not just leave a messsge. I have wasted a lot of valuable time trying to return one item.

Asked them twice to change this size before it was shipped. They did not. You need to be able to talk to a person

I hate talking to a computer. It was a waste of time. Still sent the wrong size. They need better customer service. They need a real person to talk to.
