This company seems to be Fraud
- - Checkout allowed without an account; card paid, but no order number.
- - Returns require an order number; none provided; no real support; bots only.
Why is there no ZERO star? I dont even want to give thsi company one star!They let me checkout without creating account, I made payment through CC..
Now to return item they need order number which I dont have they never sent one to me.. They have Bots to chat which are useless and no human rep to chat or call . Terrible Terrible customer service!
After maing purchase , after few weeks they charged me again.. I am not even sure if that is subscription fee or what?
I dont even have a way to find out , there is literally no customer service.
They nlys end emails , text messages which are not helpful!!! Will never ever order anything from this company again!

Impossible to return bras
Started the return process. I kept being asked the same question over and over again: replies were: I can't find the email address associated with the order; I don't recognize the email, order # not working, and on and on, like roadblocks to asking for a return label!

Preferred solution: I just want the subscription to be cancelled. Not to take £5.99 every month

All they do is send a link with the SMS, and I just keep getting the same response as I have the past month. I can't get a live person on the phone.

I only wanted one strapless bra in white and small, and all of a sudden, I was charged for several garments I was only looking at and not buying.

I was billed $4.99 from Shapermint. I have not received anything from Shapermint.
Tried calling their Customer Service. All they do is give you a choice of several numbers to press, but you cannot talk to a person.
I think my only choice is to deduct that amount ($4.99) from by ***. Would never I buy anything from them now, nor did I buy anything from them in the past which I have not paid for!

I did not authorize you to take any money out of my account each month
You have been charging me $4.99 for months. I asked for this to be canceled.
It was not, and I am going to be reporting it back to my bank that I did not authorize you to continually take money out of my account. I haven't bought anything from you.

I've been charged $5.43 each month which I didn't authorize, and I don't know what it is for. I ordered 2 bras and that's it. This is the 2nd month I've been charged.

I made one order of two bras I got four bras and now their is two new charges of $29.95 and $24.67
I made only one order and I got 4 bras they're too big plus I notice on my credit card that they're to new transaction of $29.95 and another one of $24.67 how can I return these 4 brass

2 to 3 months to go. I spoke to someone and asked that my subscription be canceled. Since then I have received one more item which is the 8th duplicate of the same item for which I'm being charged.

Placed an order, did not receive a confirmation email. I paid with charge card and it’s been pending in my back account. Tried to contact and they say I didn’t place an order.
They say I didn't place an order, but my bank account is pending the charge. I tried to contact and got AI that says no order from my email.
AI said they would send an email, but they have not sent an email.
AI made mistakes talking to me and repeating the same words. Very hard to contact customer service.
