The bras that I ordered and have been wearing are excellent actually the best I have probably ever had. They fit me very well and it’s hard to get a good fit.
Its a little hard, trying to get to talk to an actual person which is really annoying at times as Im sure youre quite aware of. I know you try to get things done online as much as possible, but finally in the end they did put me future representative and I am very happy about that and she was fine thank you.

I received a white bra I didn't order. I ordered a black cami, a brown cami, and a black strapless bra.
I canceled the 2 pop-ups that came up.
I ordered by mistake; those are the ones I wanted. Canceled my order; nowhere was there a white bra in that order.

I had to block auto payments through my bank, that were apparently set up by Shapermint. I ordered several things and returned several.
The fabric is rough.
The bras did not fit well on my mature but fit body. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I cant get through to a live operator. I have been charged $4.99 for the last 2 months, which looks like a subscription.
I believe I did NOT authorize this payment. It is in error.
I want it refunded and any subscription cancelled. I have emailed and texted with no response.

No customer service...I want the club membership that I apparently got in error CLOSED and the payment taken 7/ 2/ 2025 reversed and credited back to my credit card!!I previously received an email that my account was "updated".. after many requests...and STILL the payment was taken! VERY UNSATISFACTORY!!
HOW do you get ANY customer service from Shapemint!!
I want my club canceled...made on error and notified you immediately and was told it was taken care of ..now impossible to make contact/ get response...either online or by phone!
PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS MATTER!

You charged my card for a membership I never agreed to! I want a full refund, and your customer service is awful.
I've tried to call your number six times already and keep getting directed back to chat, and then they hang up because I don't have the right information.
What is going on? You're going to find a very large attorney general complaint if you don't give me my credit back, take me off your mailing list, and make sure there are no more charges to my account.

No way to speak to a real human being
I made a purchase over a week ago and the package still has not shipped. My order shows refunded in my acct but it was only a partial refund.
Yet, the items I was charged for not being shipped. Trying to reach a live person to rectify this has been impossible. Vacation is quickly approaching and it appears my swimwear may not be here in time.
Chatbots and emails are not good customer service. Taking DAYS to get an initial response is unacceptable

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. Was not aware that I was being charged for a subscription $4.99a month. Make sure you talk to them to see if they’re gonna charge you for a subscription every month.
I did not see where they were gonna charge me three dollars and something a month. I am not paying that I put a dispute in with my bank unsubscribe me.

My order is taking a long time to arrive and their customer service number cuts me off. The chat bot was worthless. She just repeated what I already read on the web page

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After emailing back a forth for multiple times, needed to send order number and a picture of what I received but not what I ordered, was offered a coupon and a percentage off that they never sent.
Finally I told them I wanted my purchase refunded to my credit card. Unfortunately had to threaten I was going to file a complete against their company with the state attorney generals office and the Better Business Bureau.
Have you running in circles.
This is a great way to do business. Guess my next call is to the attorney generals office.

Haves asked for a return call in regard to an order I never made and have yet to receive a call.
I was notified by Shapermint of a pending order which I never made and was being shipped to my winter address. I realize this may have been spam but was hoping to verify with your company that it didnt come from them and I wont be charged. I can be reached at 570-396-****.
