I cannot get any answers as to why there is no communication about my order. It has been deducted out of my account and I do not feel safe entering my info just to talk to customer service rep.

User's recommendation: Maybe order from a reputable store we all trust (Macy’s/ Nordstrom.Shapermint has been ok in the past but when they don’t send me confirmation of my order and already deducted the money from my account, I feel leery

Very poor customer service service.. you can never speak to representative..

only automated call which leads to corresponding by text .. and those text never get answered

My items were sent to the wrong address and were returned to Shapermint. I received an email and a text asking for a different address; this was supplied, and then I received a text that I would receive a new order number and tracking number.

As of today, I have not received a thing. This has been going on since Feb 22, 2025, when I received an email that they received the package back and would resend it to me.

This company is a fraud. If I don’t have a response and shipping information with the date the package will be received or a credit back to my card, I am filing a claim with my credit card.

They may have a decent product but you cannot opt out of the subscription no matter how hard you try. I’m waiting for my credit card company to help me out.

Called Customer Service at Shapermint and the phone is never answered. Obviously, there is no Customer Service.

I did not realize that I was getting a subscription to Shapermint. Once I was charged, The membership.

It did not go through and I was charged again the following month. I am in the process of working with my credit card company to get them to cancel the membership or subscription.

There is no one available to contact, ever! They claim an email response within 24 hrs; well, here we are one month and waiting!

Our product was shipped to an old address. When I tried to contact them, they stated they were unable to update the address because the order was processed. However, no tracking number has been provided until April 2nd. Here’s the kicker: the package arrived at the incorrect address and went back to Shapermint on March 26th!

Just get in your car and go to the mall! At least there is someone to speak with!

I have a very simple return transaction to make with shaoermint. Why can’t I get a text.

Email or phone call ? This is shameful.Please arrange for a phone call

I have repeatedly used their website returnni structions to return a bra. Each time it shows me the order number is incorrect

I also tried using the chat assistant.

It is a circular. Few answer system

And once again unable to obtain any help.

Or personal

Assistance to return a bra

I also called the customer service number and did receive an dms message to which I responded. Again no response.

Just plain no response to simple return for s bra.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I received the Email with my shipping label and sent it today and my refund is showing on my credit card.

Never been refunded.

Been trying for 3 hours to get a refund. The chat system is ridiculous too. I will never buy from this company.

Received a black bra I had ordered two white bras.i have tried completing a return and I just received this today April 10 it is telling me they will not take a return after 60 days. You absolutely can not speak with anyone.

Have you running in circles.

This is a great way to do business. Guess my next call is to the attorney generals office.

Apparently you sign up for them to take 4.99 out of your bank account every month but you can never cancel it.

I apparently singed up for a membership when I made my first purchase. There is no easy way to stop the membership. You cannot do it on line even though they say you can.
