This is second time I was prompted to buy something at the end of my order at a discount and then charged more than offer and jumping through hoops to get the adjustment is crazy giving them till end
The pop ups at end of order offered a tank for 12.49 so I decided to try but then it automatically charged me 24.99 and cant speak with a human to get it fixed it ridiculous
User's recommendation: Don’t Do Any Ad Ins they offer after they have your credit card number.
I still have not received my exchange. Purchase, returned, waiting, responded and still waiting. Annoyed!!!

No one was there to answer the phone when I tried to do a direct call. When I was chatting the girl didn't hang on long enough to hear all of my problems. She just gets me. She didn't seem to understand what I was showing her that there was a mistake on the website. I ordered several things but the website was misleading. I have quality issues with the stays popping out and poking into my back on a high-waisted panties.. I bought panties that did not say they would be high-waisted and that is what I received. Now they are telling me they only sell high waisted and mid-wasted, but that's not what the website said. The website wording needs to be fixed. See below, there's no mention of these panties being high-waisted. 0

I got a 3x and I need a large. I wasn't sure of my size but I sure initially a 3xl. Y'all didn't give me a receipt with this package.
Being charged 4.99 a month
I've been charged 4.99 for 2 months and I do not know why!!! I would respectfully like my money back. If you have any other questions let me know. No one answered the phone it just said leave name number n email.. I order from your company n have been extremely satisfied with my orders but I'm not paying 4.99 a month for anything must less 2.

Unhappy with customer service.
First, no one to speak with. First time customer. Ordered 2 camisoles, size medium. Then I saw the mark down on 2 pack. So I ordered that too, only minutes later. Size defaulted to size small and I couldnt change it. Ive texted as requested, also tried the other way and was told already processed and unable to change order. Im unhappy it all happened so fast and now Ill have to exchange, most likely at my expense. Not a good first experience.
